Cost of Churchyard Database
For each Church/Village there are basically two web pages:
- 1. Church/village information with an image of each churchyard, together with textural information and contact details e.g. kineton@churchyards.uk
- 3. The diplay of databases
The cost of this is £2.50/month or £30/year to is to cover the following costs:
a) Allocated central costs of Domain name and Hosting covering all churchyards.
b) Labour costs to set up databases for each church/village; setting up emails; ongoing support to church/village and backup of website and databases.

Summary of Churchyards.uk website
For each Church, Town or Village there are three Microsoft Access databases together with an image folder containing one portrait image of each headstone. Also there can be a map of the churchyard with a reference number for each memorial.
Once data has been uploaded to the website it will be free for people to access, providing valuable information when conducting ancestery searches for their family tree.
There is a total cost per year of £30 (or £2.50 per month) for each set of databases so that might be one church including churchyard extensions; could even cover a town with several churchyards provided they can be distinguished from each other. If you are interested please go to Contact page.

Memorial Names
The Memorial Names Database gives details of all the people mentioned on each gravestone, allowing a quick means of finding individuals and family relationships.
Memorials
The Memorials Database gives the location, inscriptions and other details of the existing gravestones, and leads to a photograph of each one.
